TM leads the market in the provision of innovative online property search services and solutions to the UK conveyancing sector. Our work for TM has included surveys of their customers and prospective customers (including residential and commercial law firms, solicitors and property developers) to position TM in the marketplace relative to its competitors. The target audience for this research poses real challenges in terms of availability and interview 'strike-rate' but through the use of appointmented telephone interviews we successfully identified and interviewed the senior decision-makers.
