There’s no other way to say this: we’re monumentally nosey. We’re compulsive people watchers and perennial conversation eavesdroppers. That’s why we ended up in research and that’s what keeps us here.
Don’t get us wrong – we’re hugely experienced at what we do and our repertoire of techniques is considerable – but what really drives us is the need to figure out what people are thinking, why they do what they do and how this affects our clients’ businesses.

In truth, our nosiness is at the heart of the way we work. We talk about people all the time. We discuss trends. We argue about what people say – and whether what they say is what they mean…and we devise ways of testing this in our research.
