Martin founded Mindset in 2001 and remains a key contact and research practitioner. With 30+ years research agency experience, he specializes in qualitative research but also has a wealth of experience in managing quantitative research projects.  He is a full member of the Market Research Society and the Chartered Institute of Marketing.  He also holds the Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma.

Emma is an experienced research practitioner with extensive experience on both agency and client side. Her career includes a period as a strategist at Orange, working on projects anticipating future developments in communications technologies and consumer behaviour. 


She holds an MA in Marketing.

Julie is our data and online survey wizard as well as managing field operations. If anyone knows more about Snap survey and analysis software we have yet to meet them. Julie has worked in the research industry for 25+ years.
