Step-by-step Mystery Shop Process

Step 4 – Second meeting (Recommendation)

  • Record the meeting using both devices​

  • Adviser presents analysis and recommendations

 

Complete the second meeting questionnaire immediately afterwards.

 

A third meeting is rare and follows the same process if required.

Step 5 – Closing the Mystery Shop

At the end of your final meeting, you must choose one option on the final questionnaire:

Option 1:
You wish to continue with the advice or purchase process.

​

Option 2:
You tell the adviser you will consider their recommendations and later confirm that you are not proceeding or have chosen another provider.

​

Do not request a bill if one is not sent.
If you receive a bill, inform Mindset Research so it can be waived (unless you proceed).
