How to Use Your Recording Equipment

Recording is critical to the success of this programme. You must record all contact with NFU Mutual using two devices every time:

• One video recorder – either a Slim Black Box Video Recorder or a 'Blue Sticker' Video Recorder

• One audio recorder – Sony ICD-PX240 MP3 Mono Digital Voice Recorder

 

Using two devices ensures there is always a backup if one recording fails.
