Appointment requirements

Availability for two daytime home appointments

In rare cases, a third appointment may be required

Meetings must take place Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

Latest meeting start time is 4.00pm

Your spouse or partner may need to attend, depending on your financial situation
Information you must provide

To ensure the process is credible and that you cannot be identified as a mystery shopper, you must be willing to provide:

Personal financial information (income, expenditure, savings, pensions, investments, financial aspirations)

Medical information only if you have been recruited with a protection product need
This information is required so the adviser can give appropriate, regulated financial advice.
