What we require from you

Appointment requirements

​

  • Availability for two daytime home appointments

  • In rare cases, a third appointment may be required

  • Meetings must take place Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

  • Latest meeting start time is 4.00pm

  • Your spouse or partner may need to attend, depending on your financial situation

 

Information you must provide

​

To ensure the process is credible and that you cannot be identified as a mystery shopper, you must be willing to provide:

​

  • Personal financial information (income, expenditure, savings, pensions, investments, financial aspirations)

  • Medical information only if you have been recruited with a protection product need

 

This information is required so the adviser can give appropriate, regulated financial advice.

Confidentiality

​

  • All personal information remains on file with NFU Mutual

  • It is not used for sales or marketing

  • This protects you as a customer receiving formal financial advice
