Before starting the mystery shop, you must complete one final snap questionnaire covering:

Confirmation that you have read and understood the full briefing

Agreement to record all contact using both devices

Consent to take part in the mystery shop on this basis

Confirmation of availability for required appointments

Provision of bank details for payment

What happens when you submit the questionnaire

Once you submit the Final Confirmation, Consent & Payment Questionnaire, the following will happen:
