Brightsource is an award winning marketing services company, specialising in working with clients from the charity sector as well as travel and financial companies. Most recently Brightsource asked Mindset to help undertake a piece of research for one of its charity clients exploring attitudes and triggers to charitable giving, focusing in particular on how online and mail campaigns can influence attitudes and behaviours. Focus groups proved to be a powerful way of collecting real insights amongst volunteers, donors and potential donors.
