Bridgehead creates and supplies speciality & innovative cheeses. Bridgehead has worked with Mindset in a number of different scenarios, typically related to product and brand development. Using a variety of techniques including online panels, consumer focus groups and accompanied shops, we have helped Bridgehead develop and refine concepts and ideas into propositions which have appeal to consumers, retailers and the food service industry. Recent projects have included testing the demand for a premium cheddar and evaluating consumer response to a range of artisan cheeses marketed under an umbrella brand.
