The National Farmers Union

The NFU represents more than 46,000 farming and growing businesses. Their purpose is to champion British agriculture and horticulture, to campaign for a stable and sustainable future for British farmers and to secure the best possible deal for its members.

NFU strives to protect and promote British farm life and give its members a voice now and in the future.

Since 2021, NFU has relied on Mindset to run its major tracking study in the industry, surveying over 1500 farm businesses annually across England and Wales. The study is one of the ways in which the NFU monitors the needs, experiences and perceptions of members and non-members throughout England and Wales.
